We came in on Sunday and we're met by Shelly the bartender.. she was an absolute delight fun and charismatic, had food recommendations, stories, ect. We had the best time. The food was amazing. 10/10 will be going back when the weather gets nicer so we can hang on the patio!

This place was Awesome kinda small if had any complaints. Staff super friendly and welcoming just like you would encounter at a Texas BBQ joint . The food equally as good if not better than some Texas BBQ joints . So if you're looking for a touch of Texas here in Washington I would highly recommend this place. The prices were fair with this economy. I got the double trouble. Was 2 meats I got the brisket and pulled pork ( both were bomb !! ) that's slang for Super Awesome came with 2 sides got the chili and corn bread to go in the chili. A no Brainer wanted to try potatoe salad. Waitress even brought me a healthy sample it was Awesome as well . I don't normally give five stars cause no place is perfect however this joint pretty dang close. I will attach a pic of meal. Would attach a Pic of the pecan pie and ice-cream but it was gone by time I thought of taking one. It's said it was a champ at fair . Definitely a champ in my book . Thanks to all of y'all there y'all Awesome my family and I will be back for sure. Especially when I get the feeling I'm missing Texas now that I live here in Washington . Thanks again

Delicious Texas style barbecue. The hush puppies are amazing, and I can't go without getting the pulled pork. Everything is fantastic. The service is friendly and not too overbearing. Excellent spot for lunch with friends, family, or just a quick pop in to pick up and go.I can't wait to go back!

I ordered the Picnic and was blown away by the size and had leftovers for days. The sides were the star of the show, some places treat sides like a chore, but Jacks sides are exeptional.

I want to recognize our server Jonathan, we were lucky to have him on that location for the day, since he doesn't work there every day. It was my first time visiting this place, gotta say that Jonathan was excellent recommending different foods and must try's, I was happy with my food, most of it was delicious, for me the sausages is not something I would crave, but it was great to try.

We were treated to dinner at this BBQ restaurant. The atmosphere was good and service excellent with all smiles. It was just amazing. My hotdogs made from pork and beef were well seasoned and the spiciness was just right. Mac cheese was creamy and my bean vegetables were soooo good. I just loved my meal. You should try it too. I’m not sure of the price as it was a treat from a friend.

The best chili you can get around Tacoma. By itself or as the frito pie is great. Their brisket is amazing but the best side to get is the corn pudding!

The food was delicious! We even made smoked deviled eggs and added the leftover brisket to them! Amazing combo.
